Bags of Love
We are delighted to welcome you to the "It's My Very Own - Bags of Love" program for our community. We are so thankful to the Lord for guiding you to this ministry page. With His leadership and the dedication of compassionate people like you, we believe this program will be a success and a true blessing to the community of Quesnel. We look forward to working together to advance the Lord's work by supporting children in need and bringing hope to our neighbors.
When children are removed from their homes by the Ministry of Children and Family Services, it often happens abruptly, leaving them scared and without personal belongings. These children are not at fault but suffer because of others' poor choices. The "Bags of Love" program provides these children with essential items to bring comfort and hope during a difficult time.
How You Can Help
Each "Bag of Love" contains new, age-appropriate items (for infants to 17 years old), including:
- Comfort items: Blankets, quilts, and stuffed animals.
- Essentials: Baby bottles, diapers (sizes 3–6), wipes, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and pajamas.
- Toys and activities: Puzzles, coloring books, sketch pads, craft kits, dolls, and trucks.
- Practical items: Flashlights, batteries, and socks.
Your donations—whether items or financial support—are deeply appreciated and will directly benefit children in our community.
